The hotel is no where near 4-star or 5-star quality like it says it is. Our main problem was that it was November and the heat was cranked up too high and there was nothing in the room to control the heat. We opened the window (it was pretty cold outside) but it was still too hot to even sleep in the room. We complained numerous times to the staff, but they didn't do much about it and said all the rooms were the same temperature. So if you want to stay in a sauna, this is the place for you.

Also, the lobby bar kind of sucks. It closes at 10pm, didn't have any beer in stock one night, and doesn't have a wine opener.
