When we were first checked in we were put in the Claridge, went to the room was very old smelling, clean but not very nice. Called and they graciously moved us to the Balley side. Great room, large, clean and very fun to stay in. We had a wonderful time. The staff is outstanding. I would recomend you staying there although do not stay in the Claridge side.

No problems. Total rewards member and requested tower room and got tower room. Room was large, bright, modern, clean, had no noteworthy view but could care less when coming to casino to gamble. Bathroom was large and very clean, all staff at hotel and casino were professional and friendly. Could go to other casinos (Wild Wild West, Caesars and Claridge)without going outside which was great since it was rainy weekend. Even though out late felt safe because tons of security personnel throughout all properties. Highly recommend this hotel and I travel all the time to quite upscale hotels and am quite picky about where I stay.

First I would like to say that before we went to Bally's I was reading all the reviews and was very worried. When we arrived it was a little after 12 noon on a Monday. We were able to check in and our room was ready for us. I was ready to argue against being put into the Claridge, but they gave us the Dennis tower on the 9th floor. It was the BEST! Our room was ocean front and completly update with wonderful beds and a flat screen hi-def tv and the bathroom was all done over and very very clean. The room was small but an excellent place to stay. The staff was very friendly and introduced themselves when talking with you. I did have one problem with my room key and it was fixed right away. We will be staying here again.

As a Total Rewards member, I get comp rooms monthly from Harrah's at their casinos. Bally's is one of my favorites, and contains three casinos under their banner. You can go to the Wild West, Bally's, or Claridge. The buffet in Wild West is good for the money, and Pickles Deli is Bally's is wonderful food for an excellent value. I mainly play video poker, and Wild West has a huge room in the back for these machines. Otherwise, I found the machines in the Claridge casino to be the best paying. When you check in you can get put in a few rooms. You will be put in the Dennis Tower, Bally's Tower, or Claridge Tower. Dennis tower rooms are mostly old, but some are renovated with flat screen TV's and new beds. Claridge tower is old, but rooms are average. Bally's tower is the nicest, rooms on the top floor are suites. Even though the tower was built in the 1980's, the rooms still hold their luxury feel. All rooms feature video check-out, and internet access for $12/day. I have never had a bad stay, and the staff is friendly. It can be a long walk from the self-park garage to the check-in desk, but most hotels are like this in Atlantic City. For those who smoke, between the three casinos under the Bally's banner, you can find a table game or machine that you like in the various smoking sections.
