Business serviceThe woman at the front desk was friendly and nice. She communicated with the staff via walkie-talkie and was able to keep on top of what was being done to your room.
PROS:
1. Front desk staff friendly and nice.
2. Breakfast continental breakfast was more than just coffee and donuts. Very nice compared to quality of rest of motel.
3. The room was clean.
4. Very close to the boardwalk and casinos. On the hotel's South Kentucky Avenue, you could actually walk up a ramp to the boardwalk. (With some streets, you could not.)
CONS:
1. There were two ways to leave the motel. One, through the elevator\lobby. Second, by walking down the exterior stairways. Such stairways were locked so you could leave, but could not reenter. If it rained, water would pore down on your head as you descended the stairway.
2. The room was cramped because we had two queen/king beds. You could barely squeeze between the beds and furniture that held the television.
3. Hotel's exterior property was kind of trashy looking, run down.

Business serviceLike they claim, right next to the Tropicanna and one short block from the boardwalk. Stayed 4 nights and found the place clean, well maintained, friendly staff and acceptable breakfast.
Yes, there is construction on the next property but didn't find that a problem and the price was great for what we got.
Did find that noise seemed to travel through the rooms and from the parking lot but that was a minor issue. Was disappointed that the internet signal was not strong enough to reach our room but highjacked a couple of others with no problem.
In general, would go back again for the price and convenience.

Check in / front deskI believe this hotel (really a motel) was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but even then, the part of the boardwalk where it is located is far from the main hot spots of the boardwalk.
Hotel staff was nice. Room was dirty and messy. Hair was found on the pillows and sheets. The pillows had tags on that were from other casino hotels (a resorts pillow, tropicana pillow). The carpeting was soggy from the condensation of the air conditioning. The room was recently painted and had an upleasant odor. Water pressure was good from the shower.
Once I finally had the courage to put my body on the dirty sheets, it was impossible to fall asleep. The rooms open out onto the outside. People could wander from the street up to your room and knock on the door if they wanted! (Luckily they didn't) But they were noisy (rif-raf). Sirens were going off through the night. It is finally quiet when it's about 5am. Will not stay here again, would rather sleep in my own car in a casino garage! (joking) Would rather stay outside of AC and drive.
