This hotel was awful! We booked last minute, all inclusive for £270 each and it was not worth it. The food was terrible and everyday the same (some kind of beef with rice and tasteless vegetables). My boyfriend had food poisoning (from the one night we ate out a different restaurant to avoid the monotony) and I tried to take him a cup of tea back to the room and was shouted at by the restaurant manager! Many of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was tatty and dated and the air-con unit ridiculously noisy so that we could barely sleep. We are well travelled and have back-packed round the world, so it's not that our standards are too high. We found Hurghada itself awful - dirty, leery men, tacky shops etc.

On a plus side, they were developing the town at the time & it may have improved. The pool at the hotel was nice and the sea was awesome for snorkelling - we took a day trip on a boat to a beautiful island for snorkelling. Overall - if you can avoid this hotel then do and definitely don't go all inclusive.

we booked this as a last minute deal and didnt really read up on it until we had paid, like some others we were abit upset as the reviews were pretty [--] about it, but we loved it. We are 2 20year old girls and although the only english here we would go back.
I came back 3 days ago and am missing it so much. The majoirty of the staff fantastic and polite, although yes the secirity guard stole my handbag, i chased him and got it back and he was sacked on the spot. He was also severley punished for touching me - in thier culture and their rules this is wrong. As it should be. The entertainment although basic, very good fun. The language barrier wasnt an issue as most understood and spoke good english.
The pool beautiful, the rooms clean and tidy, air con and a minibar in every room which was very handy as we were always thirsty. Really cheap aswell.
The animation staff good fun and we went out drinking with them most nights. We made friends with a local lad which meant we didnt get charged tourist prices and people stopped ripping us off! You should never pay anymore than 30 egyptian pound for a taxi- check before u get in as it oculd become an issue if you wait til the end of your journey and they demand 100 egyptian or more.

We went bed and breakfast while there and admitedly we only had breakfast once as it was abit poor. We ate out most nights at a restaruant a few doors up on the left called la luna an italian place, food lovely and service excellent, again very cheap. didnt come back with food poisoning and didnt get ill while there and we even drank there tea and ate there salads.

Always haggle on prices do not pay what they ask!! i have pictures of my time there if you would like to see at [--]

booked this hotel for one week over xmas 2006, when i read some of the reviews i was a bit worried? how ever i thought we`ve only paid £127 for one weeks b/b for the two of us we`ll just have to make the best of it. well all i can say is that some of the people who have written some bad reviews about this hotel must havebeen expecting the ritz or the hilton, admitidly it is not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star, but you`ve got every thing you need for a relaxing holiday.
the rooms are more than adequate with large balcony, aircon/heating tv and mini fridge, they were cleaned every day and fresh towels every day. breakfast was a bit boring the usual fair boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese etc.
the beach was on the small side,but all the hotels along the coast have their own bit of beach that is cordoned of ,so they are all about the same size . there was a nice bit of coral reef just to the left with quite a lot of fish so ok if you like snorkling , all in all if i ever go back to hurghada i would definitely consider staying here again.
