This hotel is a peaceful oasis just outside one of the world's busiest airports. Just entering the lobby relaxed me...it was probably the calming sound of the waterfall after a long flight. The service is typical Japanese---efficient, polite, and polished. There is frequent free shuttle bus service to the airport and Narita town. The breakfast buffet is great and has a lot of variety. Eating in the other restaurants seemed like it would be a bit pricey--definitely designed for the Japanese market. The rooms are very comfortable...especially the beds! The decor is looking a bit tired though and could use some freshening up, especially the bedspreads. Great shower though. And despite being right near the airport the rooms are always quiet and have great air conditioning. Narita town is good for a visit if you are in transit for a quick taste for Japan. The Hilton would definitely be a wise choice if you have to stay in Narita.
