We stayed in this apartment for 1 week in last November. Very nice place, clean + tidy + 5 minutes walk to the subway station. Although there is a fire service station nearby, still very quiet. They even provide new bottle of detergent + sponge in the kitchen. The spacious balcony, we were able to do some simple laundry.

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Japan and it was a great place to start. Short walk to the subways and a little further to Osaka Castle(Not much further). The room was a decent size for 3 travellers with private toilet and shower, kitchenette, TV's, LAN internet, air-conditioning, 24 hour laundry and building access. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak a little english. One speaks great english, you'll have to find her though. The price was fantastic! Very business orientated district but plenty of places to eat. It's not a fully serviced hotel, more like a mini apartment. You can change your towels at the front desk during business hours and you can order room cleaning at an extra cost. The stay was comfortable. Very nice quilts but pillows were a bit harsh. Plenty of storage/cupboard space. Quiet neighbourhood. On my next trip to Osaka I will stay there again.

We stayed here with 2 teenagers , myself and my partner. The hotel itself is accessible, the area is very business oriented so not much in the way of nightlife but made a good base for seeing Osaka and for day trips in the region. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. It did have a slightly stale smokey smell, but not too bad. We had a room with a double bed and there was a twin room with 2 beds for the kids. Additionally a fold out sofa if more sleep space was needed. Kitchen has the basics but we didn't use it much as eating out was reasonable. It was handy for breakfast.
The staff was very helpful, but little english is spoken. We missed the interaction we had with other guests in other types of accomdation, but it did have a good degree of privacy.
Hotel has laundry and internet facilities.
