I and some friends stayed here in September 07. The rooms were clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. For the money it was a very good deal. Also internet access available onsite, and telephone. Nice to have a balcony, too. Maybe just a little far to travel into the town centre, but the location is fairly quiet.

All the amenities you'll want (microwave, stove, kettle, pots, pans, washer, dryer, desk, etc). The room was amazingly large for Japan and there was a walk out balcony to sun dry your clothes if you opt out of the coin laundry on the first floor. The front desk is very helpful, searching information for you on the internet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again even though it's a labryinth to reach it from the subway/metro/RT station.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week in last November. Very nice place, clean + tidy + 5 minutes walk to the subway station. Although there is a fire service station nearby, still very quiet. They even provide new bottle of detergent + sponge in the kitchen. The spacious balcony, we were able to do some simple laundry.

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Japan and it was a great place to start. Short walk to the subways and a little further to Osaka Castle(Not much further). The room was a decent size for 3 travellers with private toilet and shower, kitchenette, TV's, LAN internet, air-conditioning, 24 hour laundry and building access. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak a little english. One speaks great english, you'll have to find her though. The price was fantastic! Very business orientated district but plenty of places to eat. It's not a fully serviced hotel, more like a mini apartment. You can change your towels at the front desk during business hours and you can order room cleaning at an extra cost. The stay was comfortable. Very nice quilts but pillows were a bit harsh. Plenty of storage/cupboard space. Quiet neighbourhood. On my next trip to Osaka I will stay there again.
