This hotel is located conveniently near many landmarks, and is also located a short walk away from numerous bars. Cabs drive by at all times of the day, so travel is ultra convenient here. The hotel staff was very hospitable and took time to answer all my questions. The rooms were clean and large. The morning breakfast I ate had numerous, delicious options. The only negatives I can think of are the fact they make you pay to use their internet services (wasn't too expensive, but was hoping such a nice hotel would allow users to surf a few minutes for free), and the pool was pretty average. Other than that, this hotel was great and I paid less than $70 for one night!

This hotel offers great value and is in a good location near the Golden Triangle. Its within a 10 minute walk up to the main shopping areas at Bukit Bintang or a walk down to the KLCC shopping complex underneath the Petronas Towers. Also, its a short stroll to the latest shopping complex opened in KL, The Pavillion.

The room I got was a suite but in actual fact, its two adjoining rooms, with one being converted into a lounge. The bedroom is the larger of the two rooms and has partial view of the Petronas Towers.

The room itself is comfortable and roomy. The bathrooms (two of them) were well appointed and you got two complimentary bottles of water each day.

The bed was comfortable and sheets were excellent. The TV programming was average and the mini bars were well stocked.

Broadband was available at M$50 a day and once signed up, it is available either thru the cable or via Wifi. The speed wasn't all that great though (around 1.5Mbits download) but in most cases, more than suffice for general surfing.

The breakfast buffet at the Nippa Coffeeshop was adequate and efficient. The fruits were fresh and there were a wide variety of cakes and muffins available as well.

While the hotel exterior may look a little dated, it is still quite well looked after in the interior. For the price of the room I got, it is definately good value. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The monorail is only a short stroll up the road and that is a great way to get around the city.

Will definately stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in town.

Perfect for business travelers. They have a separate business check-in, separate breakfast buffet and separate concierge service.

The room was nice. The hotel was in a great location. Very smooth and pain-free stay. They obviously know how to cater to business travelers.

Really enjoyed our stay here - one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Good sized bathroom and a view of the Petronas Towers (if you craned your neck!) The only minor complaint was that we had to pay extra to use the spa facilities even though we were guests. Other than that, nothing negative.
