We stayed one night before flying onto Australia. We missed the buggy but it isn't that far to walk. Check in was quick and easy. Our room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Only gripe was noises from inside the hotel and the toilet was a bit backed up. Hardly heard the planes tho. I had a manicure which I thought good value for a hotel. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant which was excellent but plates are taken away almost before you put your cutlery down. Check out was quick and we caught the buggy back. We didn't have time to check out other facilities

Stayed here for one night. Drove buggy from baggage claim right up to the hotel. Checked in at the hotel at the airport. Quick and professional! Big room with nice, clean bathroom. Panorama view with windows going from floor to ceiling. Stayed on the 9. floor. They served breakfast down the hall so we didnt have to go down to the reception area. Breakfast ok - I never got used to the food in Malaysia but this is not the hotels fault;) Easy checkout. Buggy to the airport again next morning. The most efficient hotel I have ever stayed at!

I stayed for one night as my husband was flying out late the evening and I was going on to Singapore the next day. Great pool and large rooms. We hopped on the free buggy there and back. We had a complimentary drink upon arrival which was enormous! Breakfast had a good variation. Pool is outside and very quiet - you felt like you were in the city not at the airport! Hotel is quite luxurious.

This hotel prides itself for being the best airport hotel in Asia for the seventh year in a row or so. As far as airport hotels go, I think this is true. So if you're stuck in the area and want to be within walking distance of the airport, this really is THE place to stay (not that there is another hotel within walking distance). Having said that, the shuttle buggy is convenient and regular (you can actually call it from the airport side) and takes much of the hassle off of you.
The hotel rooms are not exceedingly large but comfortable. They do, however, show their age (we were tickled about the old-fashioned switch console at the bedside table). However, we were told that the hotel is currently renovating and some floors are apparently closed because of this (we didn't see any sign of work so I guess the renovations are not disruptive). One review mentioned that the bathroom had no separate shower stall--we had a normal room and not only did ours have a separate shower stall but the toilet was also separate, meaning that if you do have two people in one room they don't have to fight about using the bathroom.
The hotel has an excellent buffet spread. Don't miss out on it if you stay here! The japanese food on the buffet is definitely something to go back for.
One comment I have though is about the check-in and check-out as it can be a little time-consuming. This is odd, considering it is an airport hotel and people are usually just passing through.
