I was hoping for a pleasant vacation - a much needed rest and break from a back breaking year and I made the regrettable mistake of staying in this forsaken place. Most of the staff were blatantly rude, irresponsible and I was given a racial treatment eventhough I was a Filipino myself. The breakfast was even spoiled and the manager wasn't bothered. I never demanded anything out of the ordinary, but they surely gave me a lasting impression, that of disgust and shame for meeting such display of carelessness towards customer satisfaction. An they work in a hospitality industry. Tsk. Tsk. My advice to anyone considering to stay here, keep your money and stay elsewhere. Thank me afterwards.

We’ve stayed in New Horizon Hotel and I can really recommend this hotel! It’s very near to Ortigas center and a short walk from the MRT station (Boni). The room rates are very low, it starts at $40 with free breakfast. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We tried their restaurant and we were in favor of the European entrees and desserts. Also the prices for their food are very cheap. Next to the hotel is also a 7 – Eleven convenience store.
