Please do not be deceived by the photos on the website. They're all not the same as they are in reality. I went there for a vacation with my husband and our 3year old kid. We were so frustrated and we learnt a lesson - never shop at any travel fair next time!

Service is so bad - No ala cart menu for guest. You can only eat during a specific time for buffet and only when you had paid in advance via booking (B'fast/Lunch/Dinner).

The swimming pool? Urghh! It's slimy and greeny - look at the picture!
The room was a disaster (although tidied up)! Especially the bathroom - its awful! The first time I went to the bathroom and try to open a tap - it disengaged! And the water burst on to me n my clothes were all wet.

The tv only have one local channel. The fridge didn’t work. Luckily the electrical jug was working. No hot shower. The air-conditioning was a crap! It switched off by it self every couple of hours and you have to restart it again.

We asked for a sea view room but they gave us a garden view instead. The place was totally messed up and not well-kept.
No phone in the room for room service or queries.

My husband was so traumatized and he even said that he would never go for vacation anymore.

One more thing the place is right next to the cemetery, which you will not find out about it from agents (of course they will not tell you!).

At least, the only thing nice there is the beach itself.
*sigh* What a waste...
