Hotel Villa Casa Blanca what a wonderful place. From the outside it's a tropical paradise. From the inside wonderful room decor, canapy beds, comfortable(amazing considering the ones in mexico) faint hint of mildew.. but nothing like mexico.. It's warm there all year round.. they do not have phones or tv in the room.. but that is what gave the character.. There is a tv for you to use if you need that dose of tv and they have digital cable..also they did have phone jacks in the room..
Wow! Moe and the staff AWESOME!! BREAKFAST HMM HMM GOOD>> The parrots made breakfast and they sit and talk to you.. The Staff is very accomadating to get you to tours that are offered in the area.. Wonderful.. The beach is not far and you are able to walk there. (5 minutes)I would guess 1-2 blocks at the most. I loved my visit in Costa Rica and will be highly recommending this property and the area. Liberia has all the fast food chains.. bk, papa johns, md.. But in Cocoa area you just eat at the resorts or resturants in town. Easy place to drive, I did drive. The people have the right away not the car... (keep that in mind) roads are in pretty good shape compared to other 3 world countries.. but speed not a thing there..20miles an hour. Spanish is the main language but you will be shocked how many know English. Pretty Easy to communicate.. but do know some spanish.. Just like in the states we expect them to use our language. I highly recommend to spend a couple days at the Buena Vista Lodge... it's kinda hard to get to but sooooo worth the trip there!!! Also highly recommend sunset cruise.. Staff at Hotel Villa Casa Blanca can arrange this for you! Overall You can't go wrong with this property and this area!!! This is for the laid back person... A true vacation.
