We were 3 nights in November 04. The hotel was in its second year. Everything is quite new, large rooms (we requested a change from twins to queen). Customer service was helpful and friendly.
In general we liked it very much.

The best: breakfast buffet is excellent if you are into sweets. Cookies, pastries and cakes are baked on premises and are excellent.

The catch: the hotel is located about half mile from downtown Calafate, at the end of a hill with an unpaved road.

We'd rated it 8 over 10, or 6.5 including its location.
