Stayed here for one night on March 9, 2007 using points. Check-in was fast and the front desk was courteous. I was given a choice of free wireless or a breakfast voucher.

My room was quiet, the bed was so very comfortable and everything was immaculate. The bathroom was a little small and the tub/shower combination seemed tight. The tv in the bedroom didn't work.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate and commercial businesses. It's a little bit of a hassle getting into and out of their parking area. I'd stay here again for a night or two if I had business again in the area.

Fine Hotel.....Courteous & Professional Staff.....Breakfast & Dinner very good.....Comfortable accomodations.....would highly recommend!!!!!!

Outstanding service; beautiful, very nicely furnished suites with over sized bath/dressing areas; great location (for where I was working); excellent mattresses and bedding; on-site sundry shop, restaurant and bar. You really can't go wrong here.

Christmas gift for my boyfriend - with Suns Tickets. Got a screamin' deal through Priceline. Stayed a Sat & Sun night and the place was empty. The rooms have recently been remodeled and they have upgraded the beds and linens - very nice.

Room service is a problem 1 - there is no room service available for breakfast and 2 - what room service they have after 5 pm only is very limited.

Parking: HUGE parking garage - but they charge $11 per day. Strange for this part of Phx.

The location is central to downtown and the Camelback Corridor.

Rooms are big and quiet - could be because we literally didn't see another guest on our floor.

Overall - nice, but don't pay full price if you can avoid it.
