“Incredibly Rude Staff and no Internet”

I checked into this hotel which looked brandn new on the outside but inside is decorated like a cheap holiday inn from the 1970s(and not in a good way). I tried to used the internet and it did not work. I was finally given a number of tech support and worked with a tech support person for nearly 2 hours and no luck. I told the front desk clerk of my experience she hung up on me. When I went to the desk she refused to even listen to my problem and was incredibly rude. This is my second bad experience at Extended Stay and would Never stay there again!

If you are on a budget and want a nice clean place, then this is the place, everything you need; full kitchens, wireless internet, wonderful staff. The courtyard was very quiet in the evenings.

The staff does not care of the "quite after 10pm" policy. In our case there were parties till 4 am!!! And we came to Burbank for a business trip! That was terrible!!! Italians, Mexicans all travelers who need a week stay end up there. They party all the night long and don't care that other people are going to bed after 10pm. We complained regarding the problem to staff, however they did not solve the problem. You can't teach to behave all the new comers. And the people are new all the week...

Also it's so hot in kitchen (becouse of the hot stove) so airconditioner does do his work...
