Excellent breakfast, awesome rates, charming rooms, great view of the bay (if you get the bay view). We had a microwave, small refrig, and coffee service which just added to an already comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion.

The price and location is right. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location (avoiding bridge tolls and traffic). We really enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet with a terrific view.

The only problem we had was that when we arrived late (and we knew we would) the crib was not in the room. When my husband called to ask for a crib, he was told there was none available? by the front desk (he didn't believe him). We did not have a comfortable rest and this definitely put a damper on things.

The breakfast was a good start to the day. I liked having the waffle maker and the yogurt and granola (they had good granola).

We drove into San Fran so we can't comment on the shuttle. Sunday we got free parking near Union Square. Driving in San Francisco (up the steep hills and down them) is something that you shouldn't miss out on. It was my favorite part of the trip ;o) hee hee and I'm a city girl (from the Bronx) but never saw anything like this. So drive in one day (no tolls from the hotel) and have some good ole fashioned free fun. My son, 11, loved it.

We would definitely return but if we needed a crib, we'd give a reminder call. Go, you won't be disappointed!!!

The Bay Landing was a fabulous find! The hotel is new, and everything in the lobby, hallways, and room was in excellent condition and very clean. We paid $10 extra for a deluxe room, and had an extremely spacious room with windows on two sides and a beautiful view of the SF Bay. The beds were great (and the bedding was lovely), and the recessed reading lights over each bed was a very nice touch. The hotel is so near SFO that you don't even need to get on the highway (a real plus, given Bay Area rush hour traffic) but it was well soundproofed. The continental breakfast included lots of fresh fruit and other options. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We've stayed at other SFO airport hotels, and this is by far the best!

Another great stay, again I needed a place to stay last minute and I got lucky to get into the Bay Landing Hotel. I want to let everybody know that the front desk was very helpful, between Leah and Rosalie they made my stay pleasent with no worries.
I stay in alot of places and the Bay Landing you can not beat!!
Again I want to thank Luis the manager and the help of the front desk of Rosalie and leah, thank you so much for a pleasent stay.

Also want to thank everybody that works there that they also are part of what makes this a great place to stay weather it's a night to catch a plane the next day or a week to see the sights of S. F. Cal.
