Not the best Best Western. I stayed there several weeks in a row SOLELY because the location was convenient for me at the time. You may be better off staying in a clean motel and upgrade your rental car with the money saved. The management is trying to upgrade the place a bit, with new carpeting and paint (the result leaves much to be desired). Plumbing is inadequate, unless you like the hot-and-cold-and-hot-and-cold treatment with your morning shower. The promised in-room wireless internet is a joke, spotty at best. Don't think about saving money on breakfast. The "Continental Breakfast Room", a pompously named converted closet, only serves Wonder Bread and bad instant coffee. Parking is extra (and street parking is expensive). The desk person during the busy daytime is not too quick on the uptake and you may have to wait to be served.

I recently stayed at this hotel. Request an inner room if you do not care to hear the load street noises. There were bugs(silverfish) in my bed. Had three days of cold showers. The doughnuts(continental breakfast) are fresh daily. The front desk will not address your complaints.

A convienent location is about all that is good. Located in Koreatown about 1 block away from Metro Red Line Subway makes it easy to get around when you don't feel like dealing with traffic. Big Rooms that could be refreshed. Very noisy if you get a room facing the street, which is likely since it sits at a busy intersection. It was hard to sleep between the noise from the air conditioner and the street noise all night long. Front desk girl was not friendly at all. Secure parking and cheap room along with good location is worth it if you remember your ear plugs...

We chose this hotel for the "indoor pool" - it was empty. Continental breakfast apparently meant a coffee pot and instant coffee packages in the room. Gunshots outside the window. Front desk clerk would not look up a phone number for me. At least it was cheap.
