Loved this resort. Stayed in a two story with an adjoining room which had a washer dryer and kitchen. My grandsons , their parents stayed in the two story and we took the adjoining room . Very comfortable and spacious. The dryer did not work but the hotel staff dryed and folded the clothes that were washed. The grounds are lovely and the wedding was done beautifully with great help from the very efficient coordinators from the hotel. Trees were starting to turn and the surrounding area was so beautiful. All in all the weekend was so much fun. I recommend this resort to any family who wants to have a destination wedding.

We were there for a wedding. While the grounds and surrounding area are gorgeous, the inn/hotel itself is a bit run down and "tired" for the prices they charge. Also, no one ever made up our room (even though we put the "please clean room" sign on the door)!! We got back to the room at about 11pm, and there was a plastic bag of clean towels lying on the floor outside the room on the floor. We opened the door to find that no one had even entered the room to make the bed or anything. Very disappointing.

I stayed at the Interlaken as I was taking a class at the Skip Barber racing school. The Hotel is just down the street from the school. They also offer a discount for Skip Barber racing students. The hotel is very comfortable. The room I stayed in, was large and had high ceilings. The king size bed was very comfortable. What impressed me most about the hotel was the ammenities they offered. Particularly the line of bathroom products, which are organic. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed for one night prior to racing at Lime Rock and enjoyed the facility. Staff was very helpful and very courteous. Our room was in located in the Woodside section and was clean and adequate. The property does show a bit of age but I found it to be "charming". The restaurant is fabulous! Had a surprisingly wonderful dinner and would give them 4 stars! After my race the next day, they allowed me to come back and shower at the spa at no charge. Would definiteley stay here again.
