I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights at this extended stay type hotel and
was not disappointed. The location is convenient to many locations,
beaches, Tampa, St. Petersburg, etc. and the hotel itself has very easy
access to 275 South. I reserved the rooms through Hotwire and with a new user discount paid about $30+fees a night per room. Perhaps because of Hotwire, I was not able to get the rooms together or even in the same building and one of the rooms was smoking, although they upgraded that room to a king size bed. The room was exceptionally clean and
everything was comfortable and seemed very newish. Considering the location and the level of cleanliness I believe that this is a great hotel even at a higher price.
