My friend recommended the Key Lime Inn a sister to the Lighthouse Inn, we decided on the Lighthouse Inn due to the pool bar!! We were very satisfied of the Inn...friendly, clean, close to everything. I would definetly go back in a heartbeat!!

This place was awesome! My husband and I stayed for two nights in September 2007. We have been coming down to the Keys at least once a year for the past 6 years. This was THE BEST place to stay. They had a very nice staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Close to everything (maybe a 1/2 mile from everything). Lighthouse practically right next to you. Very quaint and relaxing. Pool was a little small. Parking here is tough though. You pretty much have to stay parked at their hotel the whole time without leaving. If you do leave, you are most likely going to lose your parking space for the remainder of your stay. They tell you that there are pay lots down the road. I thought they really should have enough parking to accomodate all of their customers... But they don't. We just stayed parked there all weekend, and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Very Peaceful place to stay and the hotel rates were pretty reasonable.

I was a little worried after reading some "old" travel books, but man was I blown away. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week at the Light House and loved every single day. It was located only a few minutes from anywhere that you would want to go on Key West. The rooms were always clean. While the rest of the property was super charming. There was plenty of bike storage so we would ride all over the island then come back for an afternoon nap. It's located off touristy Duval on historic Whitehead. I would recommend the property for anyone. The Hemmingway house is across the street & the historic light house is next door.

We got engaged there and will visit the Light House Court again.

We stayed here for two nights on the last weekend of September. The hotel has the charm of a typical Key West bungalo, while having all the normal comforts of a standard hotel room. While the room was a little on the small side, the high, wood ceilings and ceiling fan were lovely. The bathroom consisted of a sink, toilet, and a rather small shower, which would have been my only complaint. The breakfast was your typical fare, and we didn't get a chance to experience the outdoor pool bar. The location of the hotel is awesome...just a few steps to Duval Sreet without the noise being a problem, and it's right across the street from the Ernest Hemingway House. We walked everywhere all weekend...didn't even get in the car! The price was incredibly reasonable...I'd definitely recommend this to others, as well as stay there again myself.
