We stayed in Cat Room at Olivia By Duval a week before Christmas. The room in itself was OK (very compact) and we felt the bathroom needed a renovation.

Parking is an issue if you stay near Duval but we were lucky to get a spot right opposite the guest house. I would prefer to stay at their main location (way much better than Olivia by Duval) and the rate difference is not that high.

People were very nice (Kay & Jessica) and helped us with some nice places to eat/see and also with coupons for water sports/bars etc. Overall a good experience; would like a better deal on rate and the room next time though.

“LOVE THIS PLACE!”

Kay's Cottage was such a great place to stay at! The location was awesome, hidden just one block off of Duval, so close to everything. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and was very spacious. The living room area had a cozy pull out couch, and a cute little coffee table with mini chairs. There's a dining area as well. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, and there are 2 closets with a safe in one of them. Also I loved the front porch, it has a nice little patio set to hang out on. The staff was so nice and helpful, they has endless information about whatever activities your interested in, and they are honest to tell you which ones are better deals. Overall the place is perfect to stay at costing about the same as a hotel would, I recomend it to anyone!!! I give Kay's cottage 20 stars! ********************!

“Fantastic choice of accommodation”

The staff were fantastic from the time I inquired about the accommodation. From then on, they were nothing but completely hospitable and were on hand to help at all time.

Our accommodation was exacted what we were looking for and in a great location just off Duval St.

We will defiinitely be revisiting and staying at the same place again next year.

Stayed there two weeks ago, and I am going back in November. Loved the location, and the price is unbeatable! The room was clean, very quiet, very Key West style. Nice little pool with privacy right outside the room.
Thanks!! I have recommended this place to all of my friends who want to visit Key West!

Staff, property and location can't be beat! Friendly, clean, convenient, and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this property. They have a wide variety of room accomodations for any budget. New management is VERY customer oriented and constantly improving property and service. Hi Kay and Paula! Thanks
