Stayed here for one night on a layover between flights. Arrived after midnight and checked out by 5am. The room was clean, and even with two queen beds the room seemed huge. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. The airport shuttle was prompt, and despite a mix-up with our reservation the front desk was friendly and helpful in getting it straightened out.

We did experience trouble with the room locks, which other reviewers have reported. We never figured out a "trick" to get the lock to open.. we were just persistent with the key.

If you need a place to crash, this hotel does the trick.. but at peak cruise season rates, the place is no bargain.

Stayed in room 518 - must have been renovated. Very clean, modern, fresh smelling and quite. Hotel is located perfectly for airport travel. Shuttle was free and quick. Will stay again

My wife and i had gone to the keys. There was a cruise that we had booked.After the cruise we decided to go back to miami and spent the night there. So we called around the area for a hotel.All the hotels were booked or not very clean. We finally ended up calling the comfort inn in florida 1 and they checked us in.The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed ourselves. We checked out the following morning and were on our way home.I accidentally left a very important document in the hotel ,didn't realize until i got home. At this time it was the next day. I received a call from the hotel and the manager on duty (Suchi ) informed me that they found my document and they were glad to mail it to me. Its very few people I know that would do that I am forever going to appreciate this . Bravo!!!!!!!
I will definately direct my friends to this kind of a hotel.

Bad Things
1.Poor breakfast. Horrible!
2.Rooms smells at humidity, dusty carpet with fungus!
3.Bathroom in bad conditions. Broken!
4.If you not have a car available to go to the nearest shopping mall cost you around $25.
5.Unsafe

Good Things
1.Free Shuttle from and to the airport.
