I don't have one bad thing to say about this hotel. Staff was very helpful, quick on bringing up extra towels or whatever we needed. Upon entering everything was very clean, spotless.
Soft, comfortable beds with lots of pillows.
Nice little kitchenette with microwave and fridge, sink.
Bring your own drinks and food to warm up and put in the fridge to save some money. Breakfast was delicious, great setup with alot of choices. Had a great time in the pool. Turnipke is right there, and lots of choices to go eat nearby, and of course the bakeries are my favorite. I will indeed stay here all the time!!!

Stayed here for a few nights for business recently. Free high speed internet (wireless or wired) and free breakfast which was nice. This hotel receieved best Comfort Suites hotel a few years ago. Looks very new. Business Center at the hotel is pitiful, so make sure you bring your own laptop and forget printing. The best hotel if you need to come to FIU, just down the street. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was huge. I'd recommend it.

I decided it was time for me to review the Comfort Suites in Kendall. I have stayed at this property many times on business and keep coming back. This is an extremely well run hotel that has won the "Platinum award" from it's parent company, Choice Hotels, for several years running. (only about 5% of their properties get this recognition) It is clean clean clean on the inside and out. The staff is great, and the beds are high quality. Many of my colleagues stay at the much more expensive Dadeland Marriott. I choose to save about $50 a night and have a much easier time parking. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone else looking for a great value.
