Stayed here 18 - 21 April with my husband and disabled elderly mother bfore heading off for a cruise out of Tampa.
The check-in staff (in fact ALL the staff) were exceptional and we were given a 'disabled' suite for my mother.
Hotel room decor is a liitle tired - but everything was clean and functioning.
Breakfast staff and breakfast facility was excellent for the price and athough we went out of the hotel one morning to one of the many restaurants nearby - the breakfast at the hotel was best!
Superb location - close to Disneyworld entrance and walking distance to loads of restaurants, gas station (7/11), I-4 exit.
Pool areas good.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that won't disappoint - you can't do better.
We will definitely use again.

Standard hotel with standard amenities but the location is good and it's clean and safe. For under $90 a night, it would be a good deal. Free internet and parking is a plus. Towels are the weakest point - they need to be replaced as they are well past their prime.

We stayed at this hotel for a conference taking place at a hotel that was more than twice the price. From what I could see this hotel was comparable in quality and only 5 minutes further from Downtown Disney. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the breakfast they served was good, and there was access to two pools. As for their performance, I was very pleased by their front desk staff. They were very fast at check in and when I got stuck at a conference, they didn't hesitate to allow me to check out a little later.
On the negative side, I'm not a big fan of always on or off A/C units.

This was the perfect set up for us and the grand kids. We booked a junior suite which gave us all some privacy. Great breakfast buffet in the mornings to get things started and the shuttle picked us up in the front of the hotel which took us to the parks each day. The kids wanted to come back early one day just to use the pool which also worked out great for us and they had a blast. Staff was friendly and the gift shop carried all the extras we needed.
