We checked in using SPG points for two nights. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The towels the second day smelled like mold. Problem with the phone system, it would ring our room at 1am and 5am. After discussing the problems at checkout, manager agreed to reinstate our points. I would stay at another onsite property just not the Dolphin.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Dolphin. It is a nice facility and our room was in good shape. I saw other complain about the condition of their room but ours was good so must have been one of the recently renovated ones. Lobby, pools, etc were also very nice. Our room was well maintained by housekeeping. The only thing I would change is that the bathroom was too small. The toilet and bathtub was in a very small room with the sink outside in a small alcove. It was all very tight.

Very impressed with the grounds, rooms, restaurants, pools, location and so on. Definitely the place to be in Disney. I Plan on making this our home away from home for many years to come.

great resort and walkway to the swan with great pool area and beach ,best part was the bedding, new fluffy bedding made it tuff to get up and go.pool bar ect...
was great to watch the football games and have a burger.christmas was great there 75 deg. was nice
