We originally book for just one week, but loved staying at the hotel that we book for another. It is close to all the theme parks,
and shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel grounds were well kept. The rooms were comfortable and clean. A great base for your family holiday.

We have stayed here about 4 times now and every time the staff are freidnly and always willing to help us. This hotle is by far the best hotel for the value of money. Even if you dont want to eat in the eatry they have a the deli wihc has some of the best sandwhiches possible, but is also in walking distanct of mcd's, golden corall and checkers, and even dunken donuts to get some strong coffe for the long day of themepark ahead of you. The hotel also has views of disney on a clear day you can make out the epcot ball, the contempaory and other strraction in the distance.

Stayed here for a weekend in early March 2007. This is a great hotel value. The staff overall was very courteous. Security was very visable and helpful. Guard shacks at both enterances made us feel very secure.

Staff was very courteous, when we first arrived, we were put, for some reason, is a smoking room, we call the front desk and were immediatley switched to a non-smoking room with little fuss. A security guard even brought the new room key up to us and guided us to the new non-smoking room. Execellent customer service.

Rooms were very clean...lots of towels. Mini fridge was a nice touch, as we had our 2 children with us. We were able to watch fireworks from Disney from 6th floor balcony.

Location is great, you're right on I-drive and can walk to many restaurants and fun places...lot's of stuff to do. Plenty of parking.
Very nice and clean pool. Clean laundry facilities.

On the downside, it was a "little" noisey, as the I-4 highway is right there. Also, lot's of foot traffic and buses pulling in and out.
The only "unfriendly" staff we found was in the Lounge, where we received poor service.

In short, excellent value. Great for families. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff and secure. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here in November 06 fantastic location nice bar friendly staff ... ....stayed in Orlando several times 1st time at this hotel but definitely wont be the last...we have booked to go again November this year....its only cost us $700 for two weeks thats about £175.00 each for two weeks ...with free coffee..microwave hairdrier and safe you cant go wrong ...free bus to universal studios ....we got Disney aswell as Universal tickets ....so if you need transport to Disney we used a company called Magic City the driver we had most was Percell very entertaining you can contact them on [--] ...Frank and Ann Aberdeen Scotland UK
