The staff were friendly, especially the manager who works nights.
The mattress was fine. The property was quiet and I got a good night's sleep each of the nights I was there. The sheets were clean.
The "Superstart Breakfast" consisted of some boring bread, edible but not fresh mini danishes, and a beverage that was called orange juice but had a very strange taste.
The bathroom was almost clean. The shower curtain was gross: it should have been replaced several months ago. Two lights did not work properly. After I let them know (twice) about this, they fixed one of the lights. The TV did not work properly. After I let them know (also twice) about this, it was partially fixed (but still could not be turned to all the channels).
There is supposedly a guest laundry but apparently the washer does not work. (Thankfully I learned this before losing any money in it.)
I needed two keys to the room. One of them worked but not the other key. I let them know and they tried to fix it. Then the other key worked but not the first one. On the third try, however, they succeeded in making both keys work.
I might stay there again, though there are other national brands nearby for not much more money. It was below my expectations but I suppose you get what you pay for (I paid $55/night).
