This is the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. What makes it that??? The staff and management at this hotel...that's what. I stayed only one night under their park and fly plan, June 16, but will stay there again if the opportunity arises. The front desk clerks were so friendly and I could really tell they loved their jobs and were not just there because they "had" to be. They were really helpful about parking and the free shuttle to the airport. In the lobby area they offered pizza, salad, donuts and sweet rolls, soft drinks and coffee for all the guests. Apparently they do this on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and vary their offerings ...fried chicken, pizza, etc. When I returned from my trip and rode the shuttle back to the hotel to pick up my car, my cell phone fell out of my purse on to the floor. When I called them to see if they had found the phone, they checked and within minutes called me back on my friend's cell and at my home to let me know they had found it and get an address to mail it to. These people go beyond the call of duty and should be applauded!
In addition to the staff being so great, the room was clean and quiet as well. Hampton Inns should be proud of this hotel.
