I stayed at the Masters Inn, Tucker, Ga on August 10th, 2005 after seeing their picture on Travelocity website. I arrived in Atlanta at 10:30pm and it took the clerk 45 minutes to check me into the hotel room. When I made it to the elevator, I was greeted by the sweet smell of fresh urine. Wait! That's not all, once I arrived in my room I found that the bathroom was filthy. I had to ride to the local CVS drug store to buy some lysol, beach, and cleaning supplies in order to sleep on the bed and shower in the tub. The next day (in broad daylight), I spotted hookers in the parking lot.
I called Travelocity and demanded a refund. Travelocity stated that they would help me find a new hotel and refund me for my other two nights but, I have not received on red cent!! I was not allowed to speak to management at Travelocity and I was informed that my file was closed because one of the hotel employees saw me staying in that DUMP for an additional night. I booked a room in the Red Roof Inn and I was totally pleased with the room. Travelers Beware of the Masters Inn, Tucker Ga.
