Booked through Priceline for $35. Hotel is old and dated, corridors were shabby and dirty. Although we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Basically had the feel that everything had been put together as cheaply as possible in the '80's when it was built, and hotel obviously had not been renovated since. The night we were there (in February 2005) it seemed like we were the only guests, which was creepy. Barely acceptable lodging; had we not arrived late and prepaid, we would have moved somewhere else.

We stayed here on September 6 2003 for a car show that we were participating in. We booked thru an on-line agent, not thru the hotel itself, as the hotel told us they were sold out. Paid about $58.00 for the room...did not include breakfast.

We specifically requested a non smoking room, and sure enough, the room we got was a smoking room. It smelled HORRIBLE!. Of course there was nothing that they would do, since we booked thru a 3rd party.

The hotel looks to have been built in the late 70s or early 80s, and I don't think it's been renovated since. The lobby is nice, but the rooms and the corridors are pretty shabby looking. The furniture was old and worn, and of course stunk like smoke.

Also, it has "interior corridors" but you must go outside to access the various buildings. The hotel is a series of several separate buildings connected only by breezeways. There is no access to the rooms from the lobby with out going outside.

The conference and banquet facilities also looked to be quite dated.

Could be worse, but some new carpets and furniture and some sprucing up would sure make it a lot better!
