Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great staff. Only hotel I have booked on line that responded personally to my request for quiet room. Could not be happier with location. Walking distance to everything north of the river, and just 1 1/2 blocks from Red Line. Recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the Miracle Mile, loves pizza, and is looking for a "personal' sized hotel.

Awesome location... 2 blocks from Michigan Ave. and right next door to Uno's Pizza. Directly across the street is a Starbucks, PF Changs, and a mall to name a few. The room was extremely small, but if you are not planning on being in the room a lot, then it doesn't matter. Also, there was a continental breakfast, which hardly any other hotel had. The pice was about $120 a night plus $20 a day for parking... very reasonable. I'd stay again.

I was in town for a conference and chose this hotel primarily because of easy access to the metro. It did not disappoint me at all and I am very pleased that my experience with the hotel is in line with all the good stuff I read about it from the web.

First, the breakfast offered had a reasonable variety of breads, cereals and juices. LIke other reviewers, I too was bowled over by the hot waffles. The fact that all this was free really wowed me.

Second, the hotel staff was SO helpful and polite when giving directions and assisting with requests. The metro was just 1.5 blocks away but I was hopeless with directions and one of the staff was kind enough to walk me there himself. In addition, they put me in a smoking floor the first night and I asked for a change of rooms. They gave me one the next day and helped me to move everything over. Later, I realized that I left my travel adaptor in the first room and they helped me to bring it back. I give a thumbs up to the service level in this hotel.

Third, the location was just fantastic. I could get to everywhere very quickly either by metro or on foot. There was food nearby and a supermarket to meet my grocery needs.

Finally, the condition of the rooms was good, everything was clean and the air smelt ok.

All in all, I would definitely stay here again when I come to Chicago.

Lovely hotel, complimentary tea and coffee is served 24hours a day in a really trendy lounge. Very clean, lovely beds, plenty of room. The bubble bath and sauna are great after a day of shopping. Staff were very helpful. Not much of a view from the bedroom, but we didnt care about that.
