I stayed at this hotel for three nights on business and was thoroughly satisfied. The location off of Michigan Avenue is so convenient that I never bothered to take a taxi or train anywhere. The location is very convenient to the Magnificent Mile and the Loop. Even the walk to Navy Pier wasn't too bad since it the weather was nice!

The rooms are the standard Courtyard fare. Quiet room (at least it was quiet on the 23rd floor), Good beds, hot water, acceptable wired internet speeds. Very friendly staff too, although I've come to take that for granted at White Lodging Properties.

I ate dinner one evening at Viand, the restaurant downstairs, and was pretty pleased. However, I'd recommend Coco Pazzo Cafe across the street for a more relaxed and less-pretentious atmosphere.

Although you'll end up paying a pretty penny to stay downtown, I thought this property was a very good value for either business or leisure travel, especially given the more expensive competition nearby!

We stayed Tuesday--Friday, and loved this location. Our room was large and very clean with comfortable beds, and although located right next to the vending machines and ice machine, it was incredibly quiet. The staff, though busy was attentive, with the doormen being especially good. We will definitely stay here again!

We were literally blown in with the snow. The doorman was very helpful the entire weekend. The front desk attendants were always available and helpful as well. There is a nice bar for relaxing and a fire was always burning in the lobby fireplace. Everyone was very warm and friendly. We were there for a three day weekend to visit the Museum of Science and Industry and the Art Institute with our 14 year old son. Our room was clean on arrival and every evening on our return. We requested extra towels daily and they were provided. We had no problems with noise during the night and set out every morning to shop and see the sights. We walked from our hotel to the Wrigley building where we enjoyed fireworks over the bridge. Overall we will definitely book this hotel again on a return trip to the windy city.

My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Chicago. We had a wonderful time and our stay at the Courtyard Magnificent Mile more than met our expectations. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. to see if they could check our bags and we could begin exploring the city. To our pleasant surprise, they had a room available for us that had exactly what we requested and let us go ahead and check in. The day of checkout we had a very late flight and they were nice enough to lock up and store our luggage all day long while we had the great experience of attending a Cubs game at the famous Wrigley Field! Everyone was helpful and friendly at the hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Chicago!
