Most people, like myself, probably stay here to get a hotel close to the airport but far from the noise. The hotel itself is clean and quiet since it's close to a residential area. I liked that they had fully stocked vending machines and provided a very complete continental breakfast. they have a pool and exercise room, and are within walking distance of several restaurants and convenience stores.
The front desk staff is not that great, but you have to keep reminding yourself that you've booked this hotel for value and convenience--it's not a Sheraton! I can't say that they were overly rude or anything, just not warm & pleasant. And they called me "Hey."
The winner, though, is their shuttle service. The guys were over half an hour late picking me up from the airport so I finally caught another mode of transportation. When they picked me up to go TO the airport the next day, the guy was surly, proactively unfriendly, and unhelpful. I swear, I didn't do or say anything to provoke the guy! I didn't say much at all except "thank you" and that was met with him yanking my tip money and walking off with a scowl.
I guess if I couldn't find anything better, I'd stay here again since the facility was good. But I am not too charmed by the service.
