My family and i were traveling to florida for my nieces wedding and decided to stop for a rest and we ended up in metropolis. Evferyone was eager to get a room and stop and see the superman statue, so we stopped at the harrah's hotel and they quated me $200.00 for that night as itr was because it was a weekend, so we decided to across the strweet to amerihost and to see what there rates would be, they were charging 89.00 a night so we made a reservation and our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly, the head housekeeper Laurie brought us extra amenties and was very friendly. we will definitely stay at amerihost again if we are ever in the area again.
