Was charges $150 without notice for smoking in room, despite honoring policy and using "smoking area" in parking lot." Calls to General Manager go to voice mail. $290 for 2 nights will mofre than pay for Mariott Suites next door. Better rooms, more professional staff, same parking lot.

I usually don't stay at Comfort Suite's, I'm glad I read the reviews and decided to stay here. It is a nice place to stay for the price, as other reviews have stated. The bathroom is a nice size and clean! It's not fancy but it is clean place to stay. The pool was clean & had towls down by the pool. The front desk staff were also very helpful & nice. I would stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable, with a sitting area, desk, table, fridge and great, comfortable bedding. Plenty of space and free wireless. Friendly staff. Free breakfast is sufficient, but not great. For the price, this is a great deal. Heat/AC is slightly strange but workable. Suggestion: ask for a room away from the elevators.

I just returned from a two-night stay at the Comfort Suites. I stayed there with my two children and enjoyed a nice room with two Queen-size beds and a large sofa bed. Everything was very clean! My kids loved the pool, and I found the pool area to be spotless with plenty of towels provided. The breakfast they provide is delicious: waffles, sausage patties, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins, juices, milk and coffee.

One of the housekeepers picked up one of my children's blankets by mistake. We realized it was missing last night and called the front desk. They had found it and washed it and brought it right up to our room. Everyone was friendly, and we will definitely stay there again if we return to Bloomington!
