I have been spoiled by newer, or recently renovated Holiday Inn Express properties. This is obviously an older hotel as evidenced by it's architecture. The rooms are average in size. There is no "closet" but instead a bar with hangars as soon as you open the door to the room.
The room appears clean and the bedding is new. No LCD television. Very fast wireless internet. No business center that I am aware of. Very little to eat within walking distance. If you have a car the usual fare is within a few miles. Nothing unique though.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The biggest drawback to this property is the breakfast. Although they do have the new HoEx "hot" breakfast bar, it was shoved into a very small room with only 3 or 4 tables. It is difficult to move around in there, much less to comfortable enjoy a breakfasts. Hopefully if/when they renovate this property they dedicate a bit more space to this feature.
