We have stayed here for many years. We come once a year to golf Sultans Run. The room is very good. I have never had 4 pillows on a queen size bed before. You choose the pillow (pillows) you want to use and place the rest above the clothes rack. The breakfast is very good, and this year we found they have a very nice pool area and a cute minature golf space. I would like the minature golf course in my backyard. The chinese restaurant located within the building is great and the Jasper 8 plex movie theater is right next door. Also, about a block away is the Jasper Riverwalk which is exactly what it sound like----------a nice walk on a lighted concrete path along the river. You couldn't ask for a nicer hotel for the money. The hall carpet could use updating, but the rooms are clean and spacious. And the best part is the sheriffs office is right across the street. We feel extremely safe here.

Comfortable, very clean, reasonably priced, nice grounds (including pool), courteous staff, & worth the drive into Holiday World each day since we couldn't get into their campground.

Clean rooms and nice breakfast. We've never had a problem. We stay here anytime we have an overnight in Jasper.

Room reservation was wrong. I was given a smoking room when a non smoking room was requested. They corrected the problem, the the non-smoking room had a strong and bad smell of cleaning solution. Twice had to call front desk to find out why the internet was not working. Second time they told me they thought is was because of the snow that was falling. I informed them that the phone lines and cable were both working and the internet should be too. They realized that they had been caught and had the internet on in 10 minutes. I will never stay here again.
