While the cars of myself and two other guests were parked overnight in this hotel's parking lot in clear view of the front desk position, they wre broken into, vandalized, and robbed. Front desk clerk overnight, was never found at his post by any of the three guests who were vandalized. i had to ring the bell five times to gethim to come to the desk out of the back office at one point. In addition, after the event, hotel made no effort to help us call the police. General Manager was "unavailable and can not be called......he does not leave his cards out when he is not here so guests can get his addreess to call or write him." We were not even offered a free cup of coffee while waiting over an hour in the hotel lobby for the police to arrive, and we were certainly not offered an immediate refund of the cost of our overnight stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice on business. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, very clean. Good internet service. Bathrooms are clean and lots of hot water and good water pressure. The staff was very accomodating. Excellent breakfast and late night drinks and snacks. I would recommend for any traveler.

My AAA rate was $108.30. This hotel is very close to shopping, dining, movie theatres, and I-75.

I didn't care for the weak water pressure in the shower. I've stayed at this property several times and I don't recall the water in the shower ever being this conservative.

Relatively new hotel. I didn't use any of the other facilities such as the business center or the pool. The free Internet access was blazing fast. Plenty of things to do less than a mile away. Right off I-75 too which is definitely handy.
