We happened on this hotel during a long drive from the Gulf Coast to our home near Kansas City. We've generally had good luck with HI Expresses, but this is by far the best one we've stayed in. Both the inside and outside were extremely well-maintained, the staff was friendly and service-oriented, and the amenities (including breakfast) were quite nice. Would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed in this hotel overnight on February 24. It was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and genuinely interested in helping us. Our rooms were immaculately clean. We loved the new bed linen. My niece enjoyed the heated pool. Our expectations were met and then went beyond. I have already planned another stay in April. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel rooms are very nice, the rooms are like suites with nice size beds with comfortable sheets, microwave, water facuet filter, mini-fridge, vanity area, and big bathroom. The service was very friendly and professional and they go the extra mile for you. The only very small drawback was the tissue roll in the bathroom is out of reach, no automatic door upon entrance to hotel which makes carrying multiple luggate a chore when you have to open the door and there is only one computer in the lobby area for internet purposes but the do have hi-speed internet in each room for laptop users. There is also a workout facility on the 1st floor with a TV, treadmill and bikes. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

We have family in Paducah and generally travel there a couple of time a year. This hotel is generally very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is always very courteous and helpful, and the included breakfast is a step above the typical "Continenal" fare - sausage and gravy/biscuits and hard-boiled eggs are also available. Kids love the pool/hot tub. Our westies travel with us when they can and are always welcome too. Overall, a bit more money in comparison to the hotels in the vicinity, but only a couple of hotels in that area can compare for cleanliness, price and accommodations. They always get our business.
