We stayed at this property for two nights while attending a business education seminar. The room was clean, spacious well appointed/. The staff were more than helpful and bent over backwards to comply with our every request. If I had any complaint it would be only one elevator but it never seemed to take too long to arrive. All in all I thought it a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel was great! The staff was unbelievably friendly (especially Marsha!). They have complimentary beer/wine from 5-630pm on Mon-Thurs. The only problem was that the shower would not drain and I had to shower in ankle deep water. This was definately an isolated incident and will be fixed because I told them about it. The train did not bother us at all. This is a great place and you must stay here when you go to Bossier City!!

Our first room was not clean - it had pubic hair in the bathtub! After they switched our room, everything was ok. We could hear everything from the rooms next door and above ours. Only one elevator in hotel makes for long waits in the morning when the maids are using it for thier carts. The free breakfast was great - make your own waffles - yummy. Computer with high speed access set up in lobby for guest use; free USA Today newspaper. Hotel near the casinos & fast food, Outback Steakhouse right next door. Hotel is right beside railroad tracks, so it got loud sometimes.

We had a very nice room. An Outback Steak House right across the parking lot. This is a very nice place to stay. They offer reasonable rates. It is only a few miles to the CenturyTel Center. Would stay there again.
