We booked several rooms (7) for a graduation, but the experience could have been better. First off, the evening desk staff was sarcastic and snippy. We needed to extend one of our rooms for one hour past the check out time but it seemed like we were asking for the moon. Since I paid just under $3000 for the rooms for the weekend, you would think that they would accommodate me just a little bit. The woman working the desk that evening was extremely rude.
Also, watch what you pay for your rooms - my wife made the arrangements but had to change them about a week before we made the trip to extend them one day. The price quoted was different than what we had in our original reservation, but the person my wife talked to assured us that everything would be straightened out. It wasn't.
Finally, these people do not return phone calls. We left a message after our stay regarding the change in prices, but never heard back from them. I don't think that they will be hearing back from us either, ever.
Oh, the actual rooms were adequate. The food was okay. The ironic thing is the first night that we were there, many of their staff were at a local awards banquet for the hospitality folks in the city. This hotel won two awards that night, but it didn't show.
