This was the worst hotel room I've seen in 15 years! There was "matter" on the walls and hair on the pillows, blanket and between the sheets. When I called the front desk to ask for fresh linens, I had to go down and get them and change the bed myself. No clean blanket was offered, so I had to use the two towels from the bathroom instead. I would have left, but I was travelling with a group on business.
