The reviewers were right, we should have stayed away. We stayed there on 7/29-30/06. The desk people weren't very friendly. It was a big imposition on them to tell me about local movie theaters. The beds were rock hard, so were the pillows. There were cob webs behind the door and over the vanity. The tub had multiple cigarette burns on the edge. This use to be a Holiday Inn, but the place is in need of a refurbishment. When we checked in there many people complaining that their air conditioning didn't work, (it was the middle of a heatwave). I realize that we didn't spend a lot of money, but I expect clean, comfortable accomodations. This hotel failed miserably.

The room reaked of smoke. There were cigarette burns in the tub. The hotel phone system was broken. The janitorial staff cleaned about every 2-3 days. The desk staff were in every way unhelpful. Even the restaurant food was atrocious.

I knew it was bad when we pulled up into the parking lot and saw people sitting on their trunks drinking beer.

Most animals in barns get better care than we did at this place.

“Worst Service Ever!!!”

HORRIBLE!! The GM was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. I even called customer service to report and did not recieve any help on that end either. I will NEVER---DID I SAY NEVER---stay at a Ramada again. I thougth I'd try another hotel but I should have known...I will now forever be faithful to the Marriott brand; AT LEAST THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR GUEST SATISFACTION!

We had a bad experience at this Ramada. The housekeeper hadn't completely cleaned the room - there was garbage in the garbage can (a cigarette box, which was disturbing because it was a non-smoking room.) The toilet and tub had weird rust stains on them. I woke up with really red eyes and it turns out I had an eye infection. I don't know how I got it but I think that the poorly cleaned room somehow contributed. I would never stay at this hotel again.

“Hated this place”

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. I reserved my stay for 2 adult and 1 child. They gave me a king size bed for all of
us. They only had smoking left at the time I checked in. I told them
I couldn't stay in a smoking room because my son has bad asthma. They didn't care, they said they only had smoking rooms. They didn't care they already had there money, I paid over a month before we arrived.They
didn't even offer to move us after the first night. The night manager didn't
want to hear anything about it. I had to wipe everything down in the room
and spray lysol and fabreeze on everything and they smell kept coming back
no matter what I did. They room was just plain dirty.
Late at night through the bathroom vent you could hear people talking and
loud music playing.
Every day I would end up having to take a warm to cold shower.
