“Nice But Overpriced”

The staff here was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable but one pillowcase was dirty, and there was no hair dryer in the room. However, there was one available at the front desk. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice as well. The continental breakfast was limited (cereal, waffles, and donuts), but pretty expected. My main complaint was the price of room - almost $100 per night, which was way overpriced in my opinion.

“Great Motel”

This is a great motel to stay at; very clean, friendly staff, good value. A pleasant drive of only 50mi will take you to the North entrance of Yellowstone NP. My only "complaint" is that you no longer earn "Choice Privileges" points at the Econo Lodge.

“Great place to spend the night”

We were passing through Livingston and were looking for an economical place to spend the night, as we had an early flight out of Bozeman the following morning. Based on other TripAdvisor reviews, we chose the Econo Lodge and we more than happy w/ our stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we asked about suggestions for local restaurants they had a list already prepared and pointed us to some of their favorites. It was clean and quiet, which was all we were really looking for. Given the same situation, I would definitely stay there again.
PS - If you're looking for a really great burger and fries, try The Stockman in downtown Livingston. Best burger I ever had!

“Excellent place, great staff”

Econo Lodge

Cannot praise this place highly enough, it is one of the best motels/hotels (of over 30) I have stayed in whilst travelling in the USA over the past couple of months. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and owners obviously take a pride in running a superb inn - when we found that the only room still available had no fridge, they let us store our cold stuff in their fridge overnight. Whole place was very clean and modern, nice pool and free (if rather slow) Internet access in lobby.

Breakfast was varied with bread/toast, cereals, tea/coffee ("real" milk available, much appreciated by we English tea-drinkers, who cannot stomach putting creamer in tea!) - much better quality than the meagre microscopic tasteless donuts/pastries I have endured in some Econo Lodges.

All round, this must be the best place to stay in Livingston and for miles around.

“Excellent value. Great place to stay if just passing through.”

This place was new looking, clean, and in great condition. The staff was very helpful. The free breakfast was good - a good selection of muffins, toast, jam, cereal, coffee, juices, fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Note: This is an EconoLodge, so it wasn't fancy. I give it 5/5 not for any amazing extra features, but because it delivered all the basics so very well.

On our seven night trip through BC, Alberta, Montana, and Yellowstone, this was about the cheapest place we stayed and about the best place we stayed (excluding Yellowstone Lodge Cabins).

Convenient location, right next to the I-5. Quiet. Thre's not too much excitment & fun activities at the hotel, but it is a great place if you're just passing through or exploring the surrounding areas.
