“Great Hotel”

This was our 4th visit to Las Vegas but our first stay at Four Seasons(3 nights). My wife and I absouletly loved this hotel. It is close yet so far from the hub bub of Mandalay Bay. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and upon returning to our room we found a "Happy Anniversary" cake in our room. What a pleasant surprise. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and attentive. We had a premier strip view room with a spectacular view of the entire strip. Room was a good size and VERY clean with NO hotel type odors. We would definately stay here again!
We have stayed at Bellagio and Signature but Four Seasons has them beat.

Nice room but small. Room was child-proofed as we have a 2 year old son.

Service is what separates this property from all others in Las Vegas.
Valet, front desk, spa, pool... every staff member is happy and makes your needs a priority.

Enjoyed coming back to my room after a long night to find everything cleaned, lights dimmed, soft music and slippers/ TV remote at bedside.

“This hotel NEVER dissapoints”

My wife and I returned to our favorite LV hotel and, like always, it was fantastic. We chose this hotel because of the great spa facilities, proximity to the strip, and most of all, the best pool experience we have have found on the Strip. We arrived pretty early in the day and, of course, our room was ready. Check in was quick and simple. Bags promptly arrived. The room decor and technology was upgraded since our last stay and now includes HS internet and a large flat screen TV. Carpeting was also new. The staff throughout the entire hotel was friendly and most of all, very helpful. The staff around the pool is great. You never have to ask nor wait for drinks or food. Nice selection of items from the menu are delivered right to your lounge chair along with Evian sprays, cucumber slices, and smoothies. The pool scene is very quiet (unlike the mayhem at Mandalay) which is why there is a locked gate separating the properties. My wife raved about her spa treatments. Housekeeping was always prompt and never bothered us nor did the nightly turndown service. We felt very pampered for our five day stay and would highly recommend this property. We'll be back in October.

“Serenity in Sin City”

My husband and I recently returned from a 3 night stay at the four seasons for our anniversary. This hotel more than met our expectations. We did not want to enter the hustle and bustle of a casino. At this hotel you arrive at a seperate entrance. Check in was quick and efficient and we were upgraded to a room with a view of the strip. The hotel is on the top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. The room was lovely. The service was everything that you would expect from a four seasons. You would never guess that you were in Las Vegas. We were never bothered by any noisy guests. If you wanted to go to a casino all you had to do was get off at the "C" level on the elevator and go through a door. A nice touch was when you returned by this door to the serenity of the hotel you were greated by a lovely scented entrance.
The pool was wonderful and the excercise facilities were some of the best that we have ever seen.
We didn't go to any shows. Instead we dined each night at a different restaurant, Guy Savoy, Picasso and Nine. I will return to this hotel and recommend it. I can't wait to go back.
