My husband and I stayed in Room 4 for our 3 yr anniversary... and loved every moment. As soon as we walked thru the front door we knew we would have a great time. The staff was sooo friendly and loving not to mention helpful. Our room was beautiful and comfy in every way. We even got to enjoy a nice bottle of champagne and balloons... plus we recieved a 30 percent discount on dinner as well as a 30 dollar breakfast/lunch credit at the Mad Batter (dining in the hotel).... great food!!!!! So close to the beach and shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a charming b&b. The location 1/2 bock from the beach and 1 bock to washington street mall is ideal. rooms are cozy and the decor is atractive and victorian leaning. staff is friendly owners mark kulkowitz and pam huber go out of the way to make a friendly stay. the mad batter restaurant is a cape may egend for breakfast. Dinners are good especialy specialty wine dinners
cant wait to stay there again

My Girlfriend Just Turned 50, & We Planned To Stay At The Carroll Villa From May 18-20TH To Celebrate! Our Husbands Just Wanted Us To Enjoy Ourselves! They Stayed Home.
We Really Did Enjoy Ourselves, Even Though We Picked The Rainiest Days Of The Week!
The Staff Sent 50 YR Old Celebration Balloons To Our Room! That Was A Nice Surprise!
We Managed To Go Shopping & Go Shell Hunting In Between The Rain Drops! We Were Only 1/2 A Block From The Ocean! Nothing To Complain About!
We Requested 2 Beds And We Loved The Victorian Decor! The Bathroom Was Just Right! The Shower Gel, Shampoo & Conditioner Dispenser Was Perfect! I Was Happy To See A Hairdryer On The Wall!
The $30 Breakfast Voucher For The Mad Batter Was A Pleasant Surprise! We Had Omelettes & They Were Wonderful! The Wait Staff Went Out Of Their Way To Accommodate Us!

Of Course Our Stay Flew By Too Quickly!!! It Was Lovely!

I just spent the weekend in Cape May, NJ, staying at the Carroll Villa. I love the charm and feel of this property. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy happy hour at the bar and the breakfast they serve is out of this world. It's always my first choice when I'm planning a trip to Cape May!

During the off season my husband and I have "run away" from our kids after the holidays to spend time at the Carroll Villa. The rooms are immaculate, the staff wonderfully gracious, the food amazing...I can't say enough about how fantastic this jewel of a B&B truly is. We've visited twice, and will return again without question.
