It,was,of course, a busy holiday weekend(Sat.,May26,to Mon.,May 28,2007).But we did find the hotel to be very clean,w/a large parking lot,a clean pool.It's actually in 'Pleasantville, in Egg Harbor Township'.It's in a serene, wooded area,away from the 'hustle + bustle' of the casinos. It''s one mile south of the Garden State Pkwy.,with an exit + entrance,on Blk.Horse Tpke.It's exactly 9 miles to the 'heart of A/C',either way,the Pkwy.or Blk.Horse Tpk.,we like the Pkwy.,faster,no traffic lights.We were very fortunate,one day,coming from a drive in the 'suburbs (of N.J.),'the A/C Expressway,.was completly closed, for about 2 hrs.due to a traffic accident.We got right off,the Pkwy at Blk.Horse Tpke., and waited the accident 'out' in our room.For all practical purposes,A/C was virtually closed, and impossible to reach, by any roads,that afternoon.That was a BIG benefit, of staying on the 'outskirts',of A/C ! The continental breakfast was good and well tended to. No complaints.Bed sizes, are NOT guaranteed!! Non-smoking rooms,are guaranteed.

I stayed at this hotel for a night with my sister and my father. We were looking for an affordable two rooms, and so everything on the boardwalk was out of the question.

The location is great. It is a short drive to Atlantic City. The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle bus...you need to pay $12 upfront but then the hotel pays you back. I am assuming this is because the shuttle is run through a private company, but who knows. We chose not to take the shuttle, because we preferred not to have to wait for the return trip, the earliest being 1 am.

The rooms were clean, the beds were fine, and the place was quiet. The continental breakfast room is nice, and the food is decent...considering that I have never seen so many people take advantage of a continental breakfast, I would say the hotel is doing an impressive job keeping it stocked with food.

My only complaints would be low water pressure in the showers and the air conditioning fan in the room was a little noisy. But with the cost, location, and cleanliness, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We went there on a Saturday night and it was the cheapest 'nice' hotel around. The room was clean and bigger than we expected. The free breakfast was good. If you don't want to pay $400 a night at a casino this is a good alternative. It's a 10 minute drive and the hotel provides a shuttle for a fee.

I just checked in today, so far so good. Very clean, somewhat affordable. I will be here for another week, I will keep you posted!!
