We stayed here based on the TA reviews. It was nice, but definately needs some attention to detail. In all fairness, I love the concept and theme - old European with a courtyard, gas lamps and vines going up the stucco. Great idea, but they need to spurce the place up. Here's what I saw (and smelled) that needed attention: some weeds amidst the gorgeous landscaping in the couryard, one gas lamp out, a strong smell of a gas leak in one area, chunks of stucco knocked out like someone may have knocked their suitcasse against the post, downright dirty cushions on the outside lawn furniture, a pretty ceramic piece in my room had a large chunk broken off. Aside from these comments, I loved the fact that our 2nd floor room had 2 balconies - one on each end - very unique. The inn has obviously recently redone their bathrooms and this was my favorite part of the experience (marble, french doors, pedestal sink). I thought the breakfast was rather lame - boring fare and too American for a European type inn, although eating outside by the courtyard was very relaxing.
