Just had another fantastic stay at the Courtyard by the Galleria.
The hotel is FANTASTIC in many ways. The three that are most important to me are 1-Customer Service 2-Cleanliness 3-Comfort
When all three things come together in a hotel on a consistent basis, that is a huuuge asset and the management is very active.
The staff could not be better. The jack of all trades Russell Graham is fantastic. Works like a dog. As I am a frequent guest, this guy wears many hats and plays all positions. The hotel better not lose him or else they are in big trouble. I have observed him always going out of his way not just for my stay, but in greeting and assisting the other guests. He is a role model of a top notch hotel employee. Also in the am, Sophia is fantastic, always w/a smile on her face no matter how tough of a day. The hotel business is a challenge as the goal is not only to attract the guests, but once you have them, keep them happy.
The cleanliness of the property is first rate, spotless and the comfort of the beds is excellent.
This hotel should be #1 and my hunch is before the end of the year it will be numero uno in HOUSTON.
