“Outstanding service, value and location”

Redmond Marriott Town Center

This hotel was excellent right from the start. Every single staff member I encountered from the housekeeping, to concierge to front desk were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The staff at the front desk especially wowed me. The hotel was nicely decorated, with adequate rooms. The location is right in the centre of Redmond (very nice town), and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The price we got with a group rate was outstanding as well.

If I had to pick one thing about the hotel to complain about it would be the small bathrooms, and average shower. Nothing big, but it's really the only thing that I can think of that wasn't perfect about this property.

Would absolutely recommend it.

“Nice stay at the Redmond Marriott”

Redmond Marriott Town Center

I was basically happy with the Marriott. The staff was very courteous, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location (in the middle of the Redmond Town Center).

My only complaints are (1) $10/day parking. An earlier poster said that parking was free on weekends... this is no longer the case. (2) No free internet access. Why you can park for free and get free internet access at the Residence Inn by Marriott NEXT DOOR and not get them at the more upscale Marriott is beyond me and is irritating! However, there is a Tully's Coffee with free internet access located right across the street.

All, in all, an excellent stay with a few minor irritants!

“Great service and comfortable accommodations”

Redmond Marriott Town Center

We booked 3 rooms -- 1 for my FIL/step-MIL (King room), another for my BIL/SIL/their 3 girls (2 doubles and rollaway), and for me/husband/2 girls (2 doubles). Our rates were AAA discount of $107 per night and a seniors discount of $101 per night .

Check in was a breeze. The hotel is in a complex of shops. The complex is of a nice size and is quiet. We had 5 girls (ranging in ages 8 to 15) and they went as a group shopping together. It is very safe to walk around in during the day and night, and the shops were so close to the hotel. SIL and I shopped and had a blast at the Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, World Market, and Bath & Body Works shops. Adjacent to the hotel is a Cineplex theatre, where our girls caught a night-time movie.

PROS:
- Service was above and beyond. Our duvet cover had stains on it and they changed the sheets immediately. Our car wouldn't start after we checked out, because someone had left the interior lights on. The valet went out of his way to jump start our car.
- Hotel restaurant had a great breakfast menu. There was also a buffet. Kids 12 and under could eat at the buffet for $4.95. What a deal. My daughter had an upset tummy one morning, and they gave me a slice of bread at no charge to give to her.
- Hotel rates were pretty decent.
- Rooms were small but cosy and clean. Loved the Bath & Body Works amenities in the bathroom.
- There was complimentary bottled water provided near the valet.
- Walking distance to lots of restaurants (chains like Claim Jumper and Red Robin) and a Tully's coffee shop across the street.

CONS:
- Parking fee of $10 per day.

Overall, a most splendid stay for all of us. We would probably stay here again.

“Excellent!”

I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was immaculate, the bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, and the in-hotel bar was quite good. It's location in the middle of the Redmond Town Center is perfect. Parking can be a problem (go ahead and just do the valet, it's worth the extra $). All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we will likely be staying there again.

“Great hotel, location, rate”

Redmond Marriott Town Center

Great location directly in Redmond Town Center. This 7 story hotel is new, has a great staff, and offers so much within walking distance. You'll notice a fantastic smell inside which is some variety of citrus pumped into and through the entire hotel ventilation. Booked two rooms and got two rooms next door to each other on the top floor. Large windows and great interior design make for a bright room. There is at least two outdoor patio areas for all to enjoy just a few steps from the centrally located elevators on the 6th and 7th floors. Great views with tables/chairs should you want to enjoy some fresh air. Overnight parking is either self-parking in a garage across the street or you can valet for just a few dollars more. Redmond Town Center offers much shopping and some good places to eat. Coffee is just across the street at Tully's. A short 5 mile drive takes you to two wineries and a brewery making for a great afternoon of true northwest culture. This Marriott is easy access from highways and a short drive to/from Bellevue and Seattle.
