We did the Kanaio Coast/Molkini trip with Dante and Captain Brad, and it was fantastic. You knew what you were getting yourself into before you set off. Captain Brad even said "you know those waiver forms everyone gets you to sign at the before you do something, we MEAN ours!" They were very clear about what to expect and although it was a bit scary at times it was in an exhilerating way, and I can say 100% that I did not feell unsafe. Perhaps the people in a previous review who said it was unsafe should have sat at the back of the boat where the ride is quieter, another thing that was pointed out before we got on the boat. The closer to the front you sit, the bumpier the ride is. Anyway, enough about that, let's talk about the tour. The boat ride was fantastic, the scenery amazing and the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Dante was fantastic at seeing turtles, dolphins and even whales! In fact when he saw a whale just beneath the surface Captain Brad produced an underwater microphone which he threw over the side so we could hear them singing!!!! The guys really added to the enjoyment of the day, and didn't mind prolonging our time out to add something to our trip. When we were supposed to be on our way back in, they heard on the radio that some whales had been spotted with some dolphins so they took us off to look for them. We saw a calf, mother and escort and two spinner dolphins with them. We stayed with them for ages watching them play - it really made the trip for me. The whole trip was thoroughly enjoyable, from the Kanaio coast, the scary sea cave, snorkelling with turtles, the back wall of Molokini, the crystal clear waters of Molokini and then the whales (not common at that time of year) we had a fantastic time. Captain Brad really knew how to move that boat & Dante really looked after us. The snacks and lunch were more than adequate, muffins, cookies, lunch rolls, carrot sticks etc. All in all, it was more than worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone!!! One word of warning though, it's not for the faint of heart!
